NATURAL CONTOUR & HIGHLIGHT - A tutorial

Of all things that people have asked me about, I think questions about contouring would be the most popular. Yet I don't think I've given anyone the full answer because my complete process of contouring is complicated (to explain) without either video or writing in detail. And also because I am long-winded as I always try to explain the rationale behind each step as well lol. Since I'm not brave enough to do a full youtube video yet, here is this post to accompany a short one that I've posted on Instagram! (Check it out at @wildbunnyy) (Sorry I know this isn't the best video you've seen, but it's my first and I had to cut it down from 18 minutes :( ) Start with your foundation and concealer done, but do not  set your face with powder yet, unless you're skipping the cream stick part.  Step 1: Contouring with a cream stick (optional) A cream stick allows you to do very precise contouring, and is also easy to do since it's just like

BOURJOIS HEALTHY MIX ANTI-FATIGUE FOUNDATION - Review

Image
Hey there! Sorry for the little hiatus, I just came back from a trip, plus I was having a slight mental block deciding what to write for the next post. :( Well, today I'll be doing a review on the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation.  There are already a ton of reviews on YouTube and blogs, being a popular favourite amongst many. However, I haven't watched too many reviews on it for Asian skin or for use in a warm and humid country like ours, so hopefully this post will provide you with more information. Read on to find out if it's suitable for you! What it claims According to the bottle, this is supposed to be an "anti-fatigue & radiance reveal foundation", packed full with vitamins (C, E and B5) and gives you a healthy looking complexion. It also claims

I asked for opinions on Insta regarding which post I should do first, and lips came out top! In this post I'll be showing you my top 8 favourite lipsticks. They're not all  the  best lipsticks of all time or my holy grails, but they're my favourites for different reasons, such as texture, colour and longevity. My lipsticks can be separated into my 2 favourite undertones as you'll see, peachy and mauve.  In case you didn't know, MLBB (my lips but better) lipsticks are usually very neutral - they can have very different underlying tones and colours, but are 1 or 2 tones darker than your natural lip/skin colour.  As such, the lipsticks in this post may not be your  mlbb colours, they might be too dark or too light depending on your skintone. For reference, I'm a light-medium, NC30-35, or a moderately tanned Chinese, if you can imagine that LOL.  Anyway, these are all very pretty neutral colours, and I'm sure you'll find at least one here that you'
